Chocolate Brownie - Baked dessert

Chocolate brownie is basically a baked dessert which may be either cakey or fudgy and may includes nuts,chocolate chips,icing sugar and many more variety of ingredients.They are usually eaten with milk,tea or coffee and can be served as dessert alone or warm with ice cream and topped with whipped cream. So lets see what ingredients we require for baking it.

Ingredients :

2 Eggs
3/4 cup powdered sugar( change quantity according to sweetness)
1 tsp baking powder
50 grams cocoa powder
1+1/4 cup all purpose flour/maida
1+1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup (75 ml) milk (at room temp)
1/2 tin (200 gram) condensed milk.

Method: To start with any baking recipe pre heat the oven.Pre heat at 180 degree celsius for this recipe.

Sieve together all dry ingredients including maida,baking powder and cocoa powder and keep aside.
Beat sugar and butter with hand whisker/blender till it becomes light ,fluffy and creamy.Add eggs one at a time and beat well.

Now fold the dry ingredients with wet ingredients and add milk and condensed milk slowly slowly to form creamy chocolaty texture.Mix properly and now take oven safe dish and grease it with butter and dust maida on it to form even coating on all sides.Pour the batter in dish ,tap it to flatten the batter and transfer to pre heated oven.

Bake for 25-35 mins at 180 degree depending on configuration of oven.Check by pricking toothpick inside batter if it comes out clean its done.Take it out and let it rest in baking dish for 5 min and than cool it on wire rack.Cut down in desired shapes and enjoy.

U can add dry fruit of ur choice in batter or enjoy it with Hershey's chocolate syrup on top.
